Data Deletion Instructions
You may ask SELZIOR S.R.L. to delete personal data associated with ARC-AI and the Meta application Selzior ARC-AI System (App ID 1626800082137449), including data processed through its WhatsApp Business integrations. Requests are free unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive under applicable law.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@selzior.com with the subject ARC-AI data deletion request.
- Identify the WhatsApp phone number or business account connected to the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary identity documents.
- Describe whether you want a specific conversation, synchronized history, account connection, or all personal data within Selzior's control deleted.
- Complete proportionate identity verification if requested. This prevents an unauthorized person from deleting or obtaining another person's conversation data.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and respond within the period required by applicable data-protection law, ordinarily within one month. If Selzior acts as processor for a client business, we will route or coordinate the request with that controller.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize data within scope unless retention is required by law, necessary for legal claims, or temporarily present in secured backup rotation. We will explain any lawful limitation that applies.
Disconnecting WhatsApp access
A business using WhatsApp Business App Coexistence can also disconnect the connected Cloud API service from the WhatsApp Business app under Settings → Account → Business Platform. Disconnecting access and deleting data are related but distinct actions; email us if you also want data already held by Selzior deleted.
